BISCUITS of CASTELLINO CHESTNUTS FLOURS AND FLAKES
Ingredients: 1 Egg, 70 gr. of butter, 30 gr. of honey, 80 gr. of chestnuts flour, 110 gr. of wheat flour for baking, 1 spoon of baking powder, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 70 gr. of sugar, 100 gr. of nuts finely chopped, Sugar to refine, 200 gr. of chestnuts flake
Descriptions:
Grossly chop the nuts, then add all ingredients and mix well.
In a bowl, moisten the flakes for about 10 minutes, then drain them and put them aside.
Let the dough rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes, then pick up small pieces and roll into balls, finally press it lightly on the moisted chestnuts flakes.
Mash them slightly, pass in granulated sugar and put it on baking sheet with greaseproof paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
