PUDDING OF CHESTNUT FLOUR, COCOA AND PINE NUTS
Do you want to end up your special dinner and lunch with delicacy? Here it is the velvuty taste of chestnut flour, mixed with chocolate and pine nuts will pleasenty surprise your guests!!
100 g of chestnut flour; 250 of milk; 2 tablespoons of sugar; 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar; 4 tablespoons of bitter powdered cocoa; 30g of pine nuts.
Cool the milk with low heat temperature adding the sugar. Mix it well with the whip. After 5 minutes add (sieving) the chestnut flour and continue to mix it well. United the vanilla sugar the bitter cocoa (we cunsult it to continue with sieving) and continue to mix it without doing lumps. Bring the preparation to the boilness. Transfer in a mold for pudding and put into the cold water for 10 minutes.
Transfer all into the fridge for 1 and half and hour. Overthrow the mold on a plate and serve it with pine nuts as for its decoration.
