Chestnut flakes are obtained by flaking the chestnut grain. Thanks to a special gelling process, the product has a special firmness. They are excellent for breakfast added to milk or yoghurt. Ideal for the preparation and characterisation of cakes, biscuits and pies or as snacks both at home and in industry.
