Chestnut flour

Flour obtained by grinding with impalpable yield, grain size less than 150 μm. Natural product without added preservatives, sugars or chemical additives. Fully automated production process, with no manipulation by operators. With plants processing exclusively chestnuts, there is a total absence of cross/contamination.
Chestnut flour is increasingly in demand in the markets as it is naturally gluten-free and can be used in both traditional recipes and modern catering. Thanks to the experience gained, Fratelli Castellino is able to obtain a product with distinctive organoleptic characteristics, especially in terms of aroma and colour. The various packagings make it possible to supply both industries and the end consumer, either under the 'Castellino' brand name or in 'private label' or neutral packaging.
